Royce Realty was built by Broker Royce Price, a native Houstonian with more than 30 years of experience in the local real estate market. Since 1990, Royce has been a leader in both real estate and mortgage services, also serving as broker of record for Royce Mortgage since 1999. His commitment to professionalism, education, and agent development shaped Royce Realty into a diverse and respected brokerage. Over the years, Royce has shared his expertise by teaching at Houston Community College and Champions School of Real Estate, helping hundreds of new agents launch successful careers. His dedication to growth, diversity, and high standards continues to influence our company today.

As the new Broker/Owner of Royce Realty, I am proud to continue the strong foundation that Royce Price established. I have been with Royce Realty for over 25 years, specializing in residential sales and leasing across Memorial, the Galleria, and multiple communities throughout Houston. I have also taught elementary school for 29 years, and while I love education, real estate has always been my passion. My goal is to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for each client. Having previously held both a Texas Loan Officer License (2002–2006) and a Mortgage Broker License (2006–010), I bring knowledge from both the buying and lending sides of real estate, which allows me to guide clients through the entire process with confidence.
